Some employees violate a lot of requirements. The one I think that they violate the most, however, is being on time. Sure, things come up unexpectedly sometimes, but you can not use the same excuses. If I were an employer, I would fire someont that is always late to their shift. It is rude and it shows lack of responsibility. This not only happens in the work field, however. I see kids late to class everyday. Some people just do not care, and they will never be successful if they do not change.
