Communication, attitude, job qualifications, and appearance are all important. However, the way I would rank them as follows: attitude, communication, appearance, and then job qualifications. I choose attitude as the number one thing that employers look at when interveiwing because I believe that that is the one thing that cannot be changed. You can be trained, you can be given better clothes and hygiene tips, and you can always improve your communication skills. The one thing that only you can change is your attitude, and if it is a bad one, no one will want to hire you. They do not want you to be the cause of bad ratings. Lastly, attitude, in my opinion, ties everything in.
